A case carries its facts, its jurisdiction status, and its funding request on one screen, and the decision is made on that same screen. The case below is an Ohio slip and fall, and Ohio is a restricted jurisdiction, so the badge says so before anyone acts.

Portfolio reporting reads from the same records your team works in the queue, so the totals always agree with the cases behind them. The date range is yours to set, and resolved cases are defined on the card itself as won, lost, or pending.
